The Life Of Stars is an electronic music band based in the Orion Arm of the Milky Way.
Drawing inspiration from pioneering synth artists such as Vangelis, Jean-Michel Jarre and Kraftwerk, as well as contemporary techno and trance producers and soundtrack composers, The Life Of Stars merges timeless analog warmth with the precision of cutting-edge digital synthesis.

We thought it would be fun to cover our own track, “Racing The Sunrise”, using preset sounds from the Korg Volca FM 2. This inexpensive FM synth is capable of reproducing some great vintage 80’s sounds, including those from the legendary Yamaha DX7.
